Isaac Mulwa
Isaac Mulwa is a Kenyan social impact leader and the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the Multiple Sclerosis Kenya Foundation (MSKF). He is widely recognized for pioneering efforts to raise awareness, improve support systems, and advocate for policy attention toward Multiple Sclerosis in Kenya and across Africa.
With a strong foundation in project and financial management, Isaack brings strategic leadership and operational excellence to the nonprofit space. His professional background as a project accountant has shaped MSKF into a structured, impact-driven organization focused on measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.

Rev. Kipchirchir Kigen
Rev. Kipchirchir Kigen is a Kenyan faith leader and passionate advocate for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis. Through his personal journey and ministry, he has emerged as a powerful voice in raising awareness about MS—an often misunderstood and underdiagnosed condition in Africa.
Rev. Kigen serves as a clergy member in Kenya, where he combines spiritual leadership with health advocacy. His work is deeply rooted in compassion, community service, and a commitment to uplifting individuals facing chronic and invisible illnesses.

Marian Ndunge is a dedicated advocate, leader, and entrepreneur committed to advancing awareness and support for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS). As the Co-founder and Treasurer of the MS Kenya Foundation (MSKF), she plays a critical role in steering the organization’s financial sustainability and strategic growth while championing initiatives that improve the lives of individuals and families impacted by MS.
As a parent of a person living with MS, Marian brings a deeply personal perspective to her advocacy. Her lived experience fuels her passion for raising awareness, strengthening support systems, and driving meaningful change within the MS community.
Beyond her work in the health space, Marian is a Network Marketing Specialist and a Business Builder & Entrepreneur Coach, empowering individuals to unlock income opportunities and build sustainable ventures. She is known for her practical mentorship approach, helping aspiring entrepreneurs develop confidence, resilience, and financial independence.

Marian is also an MS awareness enthusiast, actively engaging in community outreach, education campaigns, and partnerships aimed at increasing understanding of MS across Kenya and beyond.
